He was, among other things, New Business Development Manager and the Product manager for Microspheres for 3M Energy & Advanced Materials Division. Ryan Sturgeon, Sourcing Manager
In 2009 Ryan helped form a startup company in China that produced wooden garage doors after an internship in Beijing, China for Krosswood Doors. Along with marketing, Ryan ran the quality control program at the China factory for 2 years. In 2011 Ryan started his own business sourcing products and providing quality control in China for companies in the United States. While living in Shanghai, Ryan developed many contacts in various industries. Ryan has a Business degree from the University of Nevada.
Nie (Daniel) Yong, Quality Control and Product Procurement
Daniel was born in 1980 in Hubei, China. His college major was Chemistry. Daniel then worked at Wenan International using computer aided design to engineer high quality wood doors. Daniel quickly advanced at Wenan International. He became head of quality control, as well as international sales representative. Daniel’s determination to succeed inspired him to learn English by himself, and can now speak fluently. In 2010, Daniel accepted the position as quality control inspector and translator at Trans Pac Building Products. Daniel currently conducts quality control, translation, logistics, and operations in China for CenoStar.
Sarah Holden, LEED, AP, Logistics Coordinator
Sarah, a LEED-accredited project manager with a passion for helping clients create sustainable designs. She offers more than 30 years of demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary teams, large budgets and critical schedules for corporate and commercial clients. She has worked privately as a facilities manager, and has operated her own business managing the planning, implementation and completion of construction projects. Sarah has overseen a variety of projects from high-tech clean rooms to corporate renovations to a state-of-the-art learning center. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland.
